1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the website petron88.one and all digital services offered by petron88 to registered members.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a user to access the platform's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's account, including deposited funds and eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means credit value granted by the platform to members through promotional programmes or special offers.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Payment Method" refers to the deposit and withdrawal options supported by the platform, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

2. Member Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the petron88 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times throughout your membership:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not listed among individuals excluded from gambling activities by any statutory body or by self-exclusion request.

3. Registration and Account Management

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the petron88 platform are subject to the following policy. Supported payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is submitted and account verification is complete.
• All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for the deposit or to an account that has been verified by the petron88 team.
• Petron88 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however third-party network fees may apply for cryptocurrency transactions.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 making the balance RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 (RM100 × 10). For a deposit of RM3,200, a bonus of RM1,500 is given making the balance RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM15,000 (RM1,500 × 10). The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

VIP Programme: Petron88 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases with each tier — starting at up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver, 0.7% for Gold, 1.0% for Platinum and up to 1.2% for Diamond. Members are upgraded automatically based on their betting activity.

• Bonuses may only be used for betting activity and cannot be transferred to another member.
• Petron88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus programme with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

6. Game and Betting Rules

All games offered on the petron88 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, 4D lottery and esports — have their own rules published within each game's interface.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game, petron88 will resolve any dispute based on server system records that are kept.
• Bets placed after the betting acceptance deadline will be automatically cancelled and the amount will be returned to the account balance.
• Petron88 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the member's end.
• Any bet involving match manipulation or illegal collusion between members will be cancelled and the relevant account will be suspended immediately.

7. Prohibited and Restricted Activities

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities when using the petron88 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate action including account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access the platform without authorisation.
• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or assisting others in doing so.
• Sharing login credentials or lending your account to another individual.
• Conducting financial transactions for the purpose of money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or errors in the game system.
• Interfering with or modifying the platform's page source code in any way.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the petron88 platform including text, images, logos, graphics, interface design, software and databases is the exclusive property of petron88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any platform content for commercial purposes without first obtaining written consent from petron88. Use of petron88 trademarks, brand names or logos without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, petron88 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or game outcomes.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in maintaining password security.
• The accuracy or completeness of game statistics displayed on the platform.

Petron88 operates under an international licence and complies with industry standards set by the relevant regulatory body.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

Petron88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• A request for account closure by the member themselves for personal reasons.
• An order from a relevant regulatory body or authority.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the petron88 support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned after all wagering requirements are met and the verification process is complete.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Petron88 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any provision in these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without prior notice to members. Any amendments made will take effect immediately upon publication on the petron88 website.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions from time to time to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which petron88 is incorporated under its international licence. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the member and petron88.

If negotiation fails to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to a recognised arbitration body in accordance with the procedures set out. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in this Agreement will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
